Dance Bootcamp
Adult (age 16+)
Vancouver's Sweatiest Dance-Fitness Class! Dance Bootcamp takes the best of dance fitness with a mix of dance styles and bootcamp elements. We incorporate dance into a workout movement/circuit, choreography, and straight bootcamp movements. Among the dance style covered are salsa, afrobeat, dancehall, basic breakdance, hip hop and swing. You'll leave sweaty and happy from this high energy dance program.

Dancehall
Adult (age 16+)
Dancehall is a highly energetic, rhythmic style which originated in Jamaica and has Reggae roots. Learn the foundations of dancehall in this open-level dance program which is uptempo and empowering. Fall in love with the dancehall movements and infectious beats which are taking the music industry by storm.

Adult (age 19+
All hip hop enthusiasts unite! Dancers will refine their technique through Hip Hop fundamentals, learning choreography, footwork, isolations, stretches and more! Enjoy great tunes and good vibes while working up a sweat and meeting new friends along the way. Open level, beginner friendly.

Adult Beginner Samba
(age 16+)
Samba no pé (samba of the foot) is a solo dance from Brazil. Made famous by Brazilian carnival parades, it has its roots in the kitchens, backyards, and streets of Afro-Brazilian communities in Rio de Janeiro and other parts of Brazil. Samba rhythms follow a 2/4 beat, and the music can vary from relaxed bossa nova songs to high-energy drum ensembles. Expect a lively and joyful class with swaying hips, fancy footwork, and elegant upper body movement. Please wear comfortable clothing, and dance barefoot or in shoes.

Adult Beginner Ballet
Adult (age 16+)
Ballet enthusiasts and former dancers unite! An open level, beginner friendly, ballet program designed for adult dancers to reap the benefits of ballet through exercises to condition the body, creativity and to compliment short choreographies. Soft ballet shoes are recommended. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle.
