Ballet Programs - Young ballerinas explore the fun and beauty of ballet while learning the basic techniques. They will love playing with their creative expression in this fun class. Children must be able to participate without a parent in the room.
Ballet / Jazz Fusions - Jump, skip and twirl! In this class children will learn a variety of ballet exercises as well as the basic fundamentals of jazz dance while developing their own creative expression. This is a closed class, however, in the final week of the session we invite parents to stay for a presentation of what we have been learning. Parent participation required for 2-4 year old classes.
Hip Hop / Jazz Fusions - Combine the style of hip-hop with the technical dance skills of jazz! Learn steps, jumps, turns, stretches and fun choreography to your favourite music.
Zumba Kids: Take a trip around the world! Dancers will love exploring and learning about a variety of dance styles found throughout the world! Cumbia, Bollywood, Salsa, and African styles are explored through dance, games and choreography. No experience necessary.
Hip Hop: This non-stop action-packed class includes hip hop, basic breakdancing, and dance games that will have your dancer moving to the beats! Children must be able to participate without a parent in the room.
Hip Hop / Zumba Kids: Get your groove on!! Calling all b-boys and girls! Let's move and groove, explore the locking stops, and the suspended drops that make hip hop so popular and fly. Combined with Zumba Kids (a high energy fun fusion of world and Latin styles of dance) this class is a creative, high energy blast for kids!
Dance Extreme: Come and explore a number of different styles of dance with a variety of guest dance artists. Enjoy an energetic exploration of movement in a warm, safe and inspiring environment. Styles may include Latin Dance, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Acrobatic Dance, Creative Movement and Bollywood!
Preteen Yoga - Pre-Teen Yoga age 8-12: An introduction to yoga, your child will learn meditation, breathing techniques, mindfulness and asanas sequences.
