What to pack
What to bring for camp
- Comfortable clothes your child can move and stretch in
- Bare feet, dance slippers/shoes or clean indoor shoes. — Please no socked feet directly on the studio floor (it can be slippery)
- Water bottle
- A phone or camera — Friday's showcase is worth capturing
- Music, props, and Endorphin Rush energy are provided. Just show up ready to explore.
About this camp
What happens inside Under the Sea Dance Quest
Under the Sea Dance Quest is a brand-new Endorphin Rush theme that turns the ocean into a dance floor. Each day your child becomes a different sea creature, explores a new corner of the underwater world, and builds toward a Friday showcase performance. Classes blend creative movement, imaginative storytelling, and real dance technique, all delivered by experienced Endorphin Rush instructors who make every child feel capable, seen, and proud. No dance experience needed. Just a sense of wonder.
